How to Wear & Remove
Putting on and taking off contact lenses can seem tricky at first, but with a simple routine, it becomes second nature. Always wash and dry your hands thoroughly before touching your lenses.

Place the lens on your index finger and make sure it isn’t inside out—the edges should curve smoothly. Hold your eyelid open with your other hand, look slightly upward, and place the lens onto your eye. Blink a few times to let it settle naturally.
For removal, look upward, gently pull down your lower eyelid, and use your thumb and index finger to softly pinch and lift the lens. Avoid using excessive force to prevent lens damage or eye irritation.
