📦 Shipping Guide

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.


⚠️ Before You Order

  • No exchanges or refunds will be accepted due to customer errors. Please double-check all details before checkout.

  • Product colors may vary based on your monitor or mobile device settings.

  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Friday, Korea Standard Time), excluding public holidays in Korea.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


🛠️ Order Processing

  • All lenses are made to order.

  • Production begins at 09:00 AM (GMT+9) on business days.

  • Standard lenses and toric lenses both require 7–10 business days to manufacture before shipping.


🌍 International Shipping (General)

  • All orders ship from South Korea.

  • We ship to most countries, except those restricted by trade regulations.

  • Shipping carriers are automatically assigned and cannot be selected by the customer.

  • Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, local couriers, or weather conditions are beyond our control.


💼 U.S. Shipping Policy

(Delivered Duty Paid – DDP)

We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
All duties and taxes are prepaid, and no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

  • EMS Express (Korea Post)

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 7–14 business days

  • Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier conditions.

Required Customer Information

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including:

  • Full shipping address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Apartment, unit, or suite numbers must be included if applicable.

Important Notice

Orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery

are not eligible for reshipment, refund, or compensation.

Product Notice

  • Contact lenses are shipped for personal use only.


💼 Customs Duties & Taxes (Non-U.S. Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and fees.

  • These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid separately to your local courier or government.

  • We operate under a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) system for non-U.S. orders.

  • Contact lenses may be subject to quantity limits under some countries’ pharmaceutical regulations.

  • Orders may be split into multiple packages if required by customs regulations.


📦 Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

  • You can track your shipment online using the provided tracking information.

  • LENS HAVEN members can log in to their account to view order status.


🚫 Order Amount Limit

  • To reduce customs-related issues, there may be limits on order value depending on the destination country.

  • Customs regulations vary by country, and we recommend placing multiple smaller orders if necessary.


🏠 Address Changes

  • Shipping address changes are allowed before the order is shipped.

  • Please contact customer service with your order number and registered email.

  • Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

  • Orders affected by incorrect addresses due to customer error are not refundable.

  • If redelivery is required, additional shipping costs may apply.


❌ Faulty or Incorrect Products

  • Please inspect your package before opening to confirm accuracy and condition.

  • If the product is incorrect or defective, do not open it and contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.


🚚 Delivery Time Overview

  • Lens Manufacturing: 7–10 business days (before shipping)

  • Delivery Time: Varies by destination after dispatch

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
If you do not receive it, please use the tracking number provided to check delivery status.


❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: The tracking shows my package arrived in my country, but I haven’t received it.
A: It may be undergoing customs clearance. Please allow a few additional days. If there is no update after two weeks, contact us.

Q: The tracking shows “Delivered,” but I did not receive my package.
A: Please check with your local courier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our customer support.

Q: Can I change my address after my order has shipped?
A: Unfortunately, address changes are not possible once an order has been shipped. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
