FAQ
Product
What is the expiration date of the lenses?
The sealed expiration period for long-term use lens varies; for pack lens, it is 5-8 years, and for bottled lenses, it is 10 years. However, detailed expiration dates may vary by product, so please contact us directly for more information.
What is the base curve?
The base curve is a numerical value indicating the curvature of the lens. It's written as B.C (the average corneal curvature for Asians is 7.60-8.00). (A smaller number indicates a more curved lens, while a larger one signifies a flatter lens.)
What is the difference between diameter and graphic diameter?
Diameter refers to the overall diameter of the lens, while graphic diameter specifically refers to the width of the area where the color and pattern are located.
Can I reuse daily disposable lenses for more than one day?
No, you cannot. Reusing daily lenses beyond their intended usage may cause eye fatigue, dryness, redness, and other side effects, leading to potential complications such as corneal damage.
Is it safe to share lenses with others if they are cleaned properly?
Absolutely not. Sharing lenses with others can transfer foreign substances and viruses from their eyes to yours, potentially causing conditions like keratitis or eye infections.
Why might the color on the website differ from the actual color of the lenses?
Colors may appear differently due to lighting, individual iris color, shape, and various conditions. Please consider these factors carefully before making a purchase.
The external box was open when I received the product. Is there a defect?
If the outer box was opened during international shipping due to frequent environmental changes, the individual contact lenses inside are individually sealed, therefore, there is no need to worry about wearing them. Opening the box outside the product is not subject to exchange/refund.
Is it safe to wear colored contact lenses?
Yes, when worn and maintained properly, colored contact lenses are safe. All products are KFDA certified for safety and quality.
What are the differences between monthly and daily lenses?
Daily lenses are disposable, designed for one-time use without the need for cleaning. Monthly lenses, while having lower replacement frequency, offer higher oxygen permeability and are beneficial for eye health.
Is it necessary to get a prescription from an eye doctor?
Yes it is. Generally, prescription values for glasses may be slightly higher than those for contact lenses. It is recommended to undergo an eye examination before purchasing to determine the appropriate base curve, diameter, and material.
How should I purchase if my eyes have different prescriptions?
All products are manufactured according to your diopter, even if your eyes have different diopter, so you only need to buy one pack. You don't need to buy two packs.
How can I check the expiration date and manufacturing date of colored contact lenses?
You can find the manufacturing date and expiration date on the lens package. Please check the "Manufacturing Date" and "Expiration Date" in Korean on the package. Rest assured, all products are thoroughly checked for expiration dates before shipping.
Are color contact lenses illegal?
No, if it's a certified product, it's safe to use. However, the import policy and customs clearance of color contact lenses vary by country, so please check the policy of the country before ordering.
What is the sandwich manufacturing method?
It refers to a layered structure where the color layer does not come into direct contact with the eye. Our lenses are crafted using the sandwich manufacturing method.
How can I distinguish the front and back of the lens?
If the lens edge is rolled inward, you can wear it as is. However, if the edge is turned outward, the lens is inverted, so please flip it before wearing.
Are lenses hard or soft?
Colored contact lenses are made of soft materials, providing ease of adaptation and convenient maintenance.

Lens Care
How do I clean my lenses?
Wash your hands, gently rub the lenses with fresh solution, and store them in a clean lens case filled with new solution. Never use water to clean lenses.
How long can I wear lenses per day?
It is generally recommended to wear lenses for no more than 8–10 hours per day. If you experience discomfort, remove them immediately and consult an eye doctor.
Can I sleep while wearing contact lenses?
No. Sleeping with lenses on can reduce oxygen supply to the eyes and increase the risk of infection.
Can I reuse the same lens solution?
No. Always discard used solution and refill your case with fresh solution. Reusing solution can lead to contamination.
How often should I replace my lens case?
Replace your lens case every 1 to 3 months to prevent bacterial buildup and ensure safe lens storage.
